When you subscribe, we collect your name, email, and the business details you provide during intake. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.

2. How we use it

We use your information to build and operate your website, to bill your subscription, and to contact you about your service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Processors we rely on

We share data only with the service providers needed to deliver the service:

• Stripe — Payment processing & subscription billing
• Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, and security
• Resend — Transactional & operational email

4. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Canceling your subscription removes your live site; we retain billing records as required by law.
