Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

⚖️ These terms are in attorney review. The auto-renewal and cancellation terms below are binding and accurate; other sections may be refined before general availability.

1. Who we are

This service is provided by Raven Power LLC ("Raven Power", "we", "us"), 4805 Nahane Way, Saint Johns, FL 32259. We are the seller of record for all subscriptions.

2. What you're buying — a managed service

Raven Power builds, hosts, and maintains a website for your business on our infrastructure for a recurring monthly fee ($50–$599/mo, depending on plan, plus applicable tax). This is a managed service, not a work-for-hire build: your subscription keeps your site online and maintained. Your subscription keeps your site online. When you cancel, the site is taken offline at the end of the current billing period. Raven Power retains the templates and code; there is no source-code export or handoff.

3. Free trial & billing

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Your first charge occurs at the end of the free trial, once your site is live. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal.

Your trial lasts 14 days and is automatically extended while your site is not yet live, up to a maximum of 60 days from signup. If a build is still not live at that point we will contact you before any charge is made. After launch, the monthly fee for your plan is charged automatically each month until you cancel.

Prepaid plans (1, 2, or 3 years) are billed once for the full term at the discounted rate shown, after your free trial ends. A prepaid term keeps your site online for the entire paid period. It does not renew automatically — near the end of the term we invite you to renew, and there is no further charge unless you choose to. You can stop at any time, but a prepaid term that has already been billed is not refundable for the unused portion; you keep the service you paid for through the end of the term.

4. Cancellation

Your subscription keeps your site online. When you cancel, the site is taken offline at the end of the current billing period. Raven Power retains the templates and code; there is no source-code export or handoff. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content and business you ask us to represent. We may suspend or terminate a site used for unlawful activity.

6. Governing law and venue

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the services, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

You and Raven Power LLC agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute is the state or federal courts located in Florida, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waives any objection based on inconvenient forum.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

If any part of this section is held unenforceable as to a particular customer, the remainder stays in effect and the dispute proceeds under Florida law.
