Refund Policy
No charge until your site is live
You are not charged during your free trial, and the trial is extended automatically until your site launches. Because you can review your live site and cancel before any payment is taken, there is no upfront cost to refund.
Monthly & prepaid fees
Because you are not charged until your site is live and can cancel before any charge, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once billed. A prepaid multi-year term is likewise non-refundable once billed — you keep the service through the end of the paid term. Billing errors are corrected promptly.
Prepaid plans (1, 2, or 3 years) are billed once for the full term at the discounted rate shown, after your free trial ends. A prepaid term keeps your site online for the entire paid period. It does not renew automatically — near the end of the term we invite you to renew, and there is no further charge unless you choose to. You can stop at any time, but a prepaid term that has already been billed is not refundable for the unused portion; you keep the service you paid for through the end of the term.
Billing errors
If you're charged in error, contact us and we'll correct it promptly. A 14-day trial and clear cancellation exist precisely so you never pay for something you didn't want.
How to cancel
Your subscription keeps your site online. When you cancel, the site is taken offline at the end of the current billing period. Raven Power retains the templates and code; there is no source-code export or handoff. Manage or cancel anytime from the billing portal — no email or phone call required.
