Fun mode turns the tracker rail into a pickleball rally — the ball follows whose turn it is as you scroll.

Process

How a Raven Power site actually gets built.

It isn't a black box you post a brief into and hope. It's 5 steps with a clear owner at every one — you always know whose turn it is, and what you're waiting for. 4 of them are yours, and the last word is yours too: a site isn't live until you've opened it and told us you're happy with it. We'll walk through all 5 steps below, using Southern Wine Country — a live regional winery directory we built and still run — as the example at every step.

  • 🟢 We're on it
  • 🟡 Your turn
  • 🟢🟡 Together

Example — what you'd see live in your portal

A realistic mid-project snapshot, modeled on the pace of Southern Wine Country: about 7.5 days in, still on Your content Your turn. The tracker calls that 2 days behind our estimate — waiting on you: it never reports a wait in your court as us running late, or one of ours as yours. The outlined dot to the left of the flow below marks where today's date says the project should be; the filled dot marks the stage it's actually confirmed reaching.

🟡 Your lane
🟢 Our lane
Your brief as soon as you're ready

You tell us about your business — then we design the layout against it, before asking you for anything else.

Your content as soon as you're ready

The layout is agreed, so we can ask for exactly the pieces it needs — copy, photos, logo.

ready to build as soon as your content lands
we're building — nothing needed from you right now
Build 3–5 working days

Turns the agreed design and your content into a real, built site.

Your review as soon as you're ready

You get a preview link, tell us what to change, and approve going live.

standing by for your review
Your final check as soon as you're ready

We point your domain at the new site — then you open it, check it over, and confirm you're happy. Your confirmation is what makes it live.

Read top to bottom: your lane (yellow) and our lane (green) hand off to each other in turn. One lane moves while the other waits — that's what a dashed box means: that lane has nothing due from it right then. The vertical spacing above is roughly proportional to how many calendar days each step typically takes, about 14.5 days end to end. It's a representative estimate, not a promise: 4 of the 5 steps are gated on you, and we can't clock those in advance. The last step is shared — we point your domain, then you confirm you're happy before we call it live.

Step 1 of 5

Your brief

Your turn

as soon as you're ready · most take about a day

Tell us about your business so we know what to build.

What you do

  • Complete the intake questions about your business.

Then Design — 2–3 working days. We agree the layout and the look before anything gets built.

Southern Wine Country, in practice

SWC's brief was straightforward on paper and big in practice: a real regional discovery site for Georgia's wine country — not a handful of template pages, but a true directory built to rank on Google and hold up under real visitor traffic. We designed against it before asking for a single listing: directory-first navigation that keeps hundreds of wineries browsable, with the interactive trail map treated as a real feature rather than something bolted on later.

Step 2 of 5

Your content

Your turn

as soon as you're ready · most take about 2 days

Your copy, photos, and logo — the pieces only you can give us.

What you do

  • Your written copy, or approval of the draft we wrote for you.
  • Photos or images you want used (or tell us to source them).
  • Your logo, if you have one.

Southern Wine Country, in practice

With the layout agreed, SWC gathered their own material — the winery list, locations, and details that make a directory actually useful — knowing exactly what the design needed.

Step 3 of 5

Build

We're on it

3–5 working days

Real pages with your real content, on our infrastructure.

Southern Wine Country, in practice

The directory structure, the interactive trail map, and the events calendar were all built for real, on the same platform every Raven Power site runs on — not a demo, the actual site.

Step 4 of 5

Your review

Your turn

as soon as you're ready · most take about a day

You get a preview link and tell us what to change.

What you do

  • Open the preview link and send us any changes.
  • Approve going live when you are happy with it.

Southern Wine Country, in practice

SWC got a preview link to check listings, the map, and the calendar before anything went live — the same preview step every plan gets.

Step 5 of 5

Your final check

Your turn

as soon as you're ready

We've pointed your domain at the new site. Open it, check it over, and tell us you're happy.

How soon we can point your domain depends on where it's registered. One bought through Microsoft 365 can't change nameservers at all and has to move to a normal registrar first — we start that on day one so it runs alongside the build. The timing, in full.

What you do

  • Open your site on your own domain and check it over.
  • Tell us you're happy with it — that's what makes it live.

Then Live. Your site is answering on your own domain.

Southern Wine Country, in practice

SWC's own domain, southernwinecountry.com, was pointed at the new site and checked end to end before anyone called it live. It's live today at www.southernwinecountry.com, indexable, and still running on the same managed hosting every plan includes.

Ready when you are — starting at $49/mo.

$0 today. Your first bill lands only once your site is live.
